What is WRAP®?

WRAP® (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) is a structured, peer-developed approach to wellness and recovery. It supports individuals in identifying strengths, maintaining stability, and creating personalized plans for navigating life’s challenges.

Do you offer WRAP® training nationwide?

Yes. Our online WRAP® trainings welcome participants from across the United States. In-person trainings are offered primarily in North Carolina, with additional regional opportunities as our facilitator network grows.

What are the steps to becoming a WRAP® Facilitator?

Individuals begin by completing WRAP® Seminar I and actively using their own WRAP® plan. Those ready to lead may then enroll in our WRAP® Facilitator Training, where they develop the skills, ethics, and standards required to guide others through the WRAP® process.

Is WRAP® evidence-based?

Yes. WRAP® is an evidence-based, peer-led model developed by Mary Ellen Copeland and recognized across mental health and wellness systems for its effectiveness and adaptability.

Do you offer refresher or recertification training?

We provide WRAP® Facilitator Refresher and Recertification options to support continued professional development and maintain alignment with established WRAP® standards.
